# Sunflower UA > Practical guides and free tools for Ukrainians living abroad who still have money, property, > family, or paperwork in Ukraine — pensions, powers of attorney, inheritance, consular procedure, > citizenship, tax in two countries, property, and where each host country publishes its own rules. > Bilingual: Ukrainian at the site root, English under /en/. No paywalls, no accounts, no banner > advertising, no tracking cookies. If a clearly-marked partner link or named sponsor ever appears, > it will be disclosed and will never influence rankings, comparisons or editorial content. Important honesty notes for anyone citing this site: - **25 guides, each published in both languages.** Each cites the primary sources it draws on (laws on zakon.rada.gov.ua, the agency's own page); prefer those sources over our summary of them for anything that turns on a detail. Every guide carries the date it was last updated. - **The Ukrainian text is not native-reviewed.** The owner corrects it in place, live. The facts and sources are the same in both trees; the Ukrainian phrasing may still be revised. - Every fee, rate, and figure carries the date it was verified. Anything undated is not ours. - **Transfer pricing is not published.** The comparator page explains method only; no provider pricing appears until a human has quoted every provider by hand on the same day. - **The money-out-of-Ukraine guide deliberately publishes no currency limits.** NBU limits move, and a stale figure there costs a reader a blocked transfer. It explains structure and links the National Bank. - **Country pages publish no procedure text.** They link the host state's own pages for Ukrainians, the Ukrainian embassy, the national diploma-recognition centre and community registries — each with the date we opened it. We do not vet or summarise any of them. - The resources page is an **index of registries**, not a directory. We do not run, vet, endorse, or check any organisation listed by those registries, and we say so on the page. - We explain procedures and link the agency that publishes them. **We are never the source of record**, and nothing on the site is legal, immigration, financial, or tax advice. - No war coverage, no politics, no fundraising. This is the practical desk. - Linking and quoting with attribution is welcome without asking: https://sunflowerua.com/en/link/ ## Tools 16 free tools, all client-side — nothing is stored, no account, no server. Ukrainian twins live at the same path without /en/. - [The official hryvnia rate](https://sunflowerua.com/en/tools/hryvnia/): Today's National Bank rate — the number to judge any transfer offer against. - [Transfer cost comparator](https://sunflowerua.com/en/tools/transfer-costs/): Who actually delivers the most hryvnia once the hidden exchange-rate margin is counted. - [Am I a Ukrainian tax resident?](https://sunflowerua.com/en/tools/tax-residency-check/): The Tax Code art. 14.1.213 test rung by rung — and what the result means for inheritance, rent and sales. Describes the Ukrainian document only, never the foreign procedure. - [For people who help others](https://sunflowerua.com/en/helpers/): for priests, schools, credit unions and volunteers — which printable sheets to keep ready for the moments they meet, and permission to print and hand them out freely - [Glossary](https://sunflowerua.com/en/glossary/): the Ukrainian words that come up in these procedures — ДРАЦС, РНОКПП, ЦНАП, apostille, encumbrance, the Inheritance Register — two or three sentences each, grouped by situation - [Who to call](https://sunflowerua.com/en/who-to-call/): the Ukrainian national helplines worth saving before something goes wrong — free legal aid, La Strada's domestic-violence and trafficking line, the children's line, the men's support line — each number read on the operator's own page with the date. Includes the caveat almost nobody publishes: 0 800 numbers are free inside Ukraine and generally do not work from abroad, and 116 xxx numbers are EU-harmonised, so dialling one abroad reaches the HOST country's operator in the local language. Publishes no consular number, because the ministry publishes none. - [Where to look](https://sunflowerua.com/en/resources/): official registries that find a Ukrainian parish, community organisation, consulate, legal register, or free legal aid — each maintained by the body that owns the list - [Community activities](https://sunflowerua.com/en/community/): recurring public activities run by Ukrainian organisations abroad — organisations only, never individuals; entries expire unless re-confirmed - [Consular outreach visits](https://sunflowerua.com/en/consular-outreach/): what a mobile consular session is, and where each mission publishes its schedule - [What changed](https://sunflowerua.com/en/digest/): monthly digest of rule and price changes, each with a primary source (latest edition: 2026-10) - [RSS](https://sunflowerua.com/en/rss.xml) ## About - [About the site](https://sunflowerua.com/en/about/): who it is for and the rules we publish under - [Link to us](https://sunflowerua.com/en/link/): permission, ready-made blurbs, logo, deep links - [Contact](https://sunflowerua.com/en/contact/): hello@sunflowerua.com — a real person reads it - [Terms, disclaimers & privacy](https://sunflowerua.com/en/terms/): no tracking cookies, no data sale, plain-language disclaimers
